I have come to understand what I offer as the work of soul and belonging. Grieving, singing, navigating life transitions and significant change, open doors to the wisdom of the soul. To what connects us to each other and our world. Allowing ourselves to come undone, for our hearts to break, to be in the discomfort of not knowing, invites in something deeper to emerge - the unbreakable strength of the spirit.
How I Can Support You
Death and loss, transitions and change, are an unavoidable part of life. Yet in this culture, many of us find ourselves unsupported and under-resourced when our turn arrives. We are often left feeling alone, overwhelmed, like we are doing something ‘wrong’, and struggling to make meaning. I will walk these depths with you, trusting that our bodies know how to grieve, know how to change. By holding this space of trust and honouring, I support you to the other side, to discover a life - perhaps different, perhaps more tender - full of love and wonder.
I provide mentorship and consultation to those interested in working in the field of grief, loss and life transitions. I also enjoy supporting budding community song leaders interested in developing their skills, starting up their own group, or working in areas of personal or collective grief.
Singing Mamas song circles are a special space designed for women to nurture their souls, connect with others, and build confidence in their voices. We sing joyful, easy-to-learn songs that you can carry into your daily life, helping you feel grounded, replenished, and whole. In our Grief Songs circles we give voice to the unspoken, to what we carry, to what we have lost, and to what is yet to be healed. We come together, not to fix or erase the grief, but to allow it space to be heard, felt, and expressed.
