Death and loss, transitions and change, are an unavoidable part of life.
Yet in this culture, many of us find ourselves unsupported and under-resourced when our turn arrives. We are often left feeling alone, overwhelmed, like we are doing something ‘wrong’, and struggling to make meaning.
I will walk these depths with you, trusting that our bodies know how to grieve, know how to change. By holding this space of trust and honouring, I support you to the other side, to discover a life - perhaps different, perhaps more tender - full of love and wonder.
I will support you navigating the many faces of loss—personal, collective, and ecological. We can hold the grief we carry for those we have loved, for the aching Earth, and for the world in which we live. Our work together is not to fix or erase the grief and loss, but to allow it space to be heard, felt, and expressed.
Some ways I can help you through:
While death, loss and transitions are a normal part of life, they often leave us feeling alone, unsupported, and struggling to make meaning. I will walk the path of grief beside you. I will support you to live a life full of love and wonder while holding your own tender heart's losses.
I offer compassion and presence to those going through a major loss. I provide support to those struggling with the death of a family member or friend, infertility, stillbirth and miscarriage, or a non-death loss (separation/divorce, illness, aging).
Separation and divorce can be challenging, no matter the context. Resources are stretched, lives and families instantly reconfigured. Practical and emotional support during this time can help you move through feeling overwhelmed and into action. Your life can be vibrant and full again.
I provide a combination of support and guidance to manage both the emotions and the necessary “to dos” of separation. If desired, I also provide coaching for families entering the mediation process.
Over the past years I have enjoyed supporting women as they navigate the major life transition of menopause. I have come to respect menopause as a powerful invitation for us to review our lives, assess who we are and what we want, release what is no longer serving us, and embody these profound changes in self. And, it feels like initiation by fire! I’ve got you, we can navigate the flames together.
